The PPO flexible halogen-free flame retardant material are designed and developed by ourselves . This material gives an effective solution to the technical problem in which the traditional halogen-free flame retardant wire and cable materials can not reach good balance among the flame resistance, softness and other physical properties. The series of PPO flexible products have the following features: 1. Excellent elasticity and flexibility, free of halogen and heavy metals with environmentally -friendly feature and being recycled. 2. Good flame resistance, being able to reach VW*1 flame retardant grade easily. 3. Light weight, only 1.***1.1, much smaller than traditional wire and cable materials. 4. The physical and mechanical property is very good. The tensile strength of most material is greater than *4MPa , tensile strain at break > **0% . In addition, this material also has excellent abrasion resistance. 5. Very good heat-resistance, which can produce various kinds of high-heat wire and cable(such as *0℃，**5℃ and **5℃). 6. Excellent electrical properties, being able to maintain a low dielectric constant in the wide frequency range, which is the ideal wrapper material of signal transmission line. 7. Good processing , good thermal stability and having good wire extrusion speed like PVC wire , which can get wire with fine surface. 8. Can produce white, black and other colors of the materials, which reaches a colorful world of non-halogen flame retardant wire and cable materials.
